Winter on the North Shore of Oahu is peak
season for travelers coming to see and surf the huge,
beautiful and dangerous waves. The North Shore is home
to the Triple Crown of Surfing Championships and several
other big wave contests.
Sharks Cove Rentals is directly across from
the Sharks Cove, well-known for its excellent snorkeling in
the summer. In the winter months, large swells of
waves hit the ling reef and bounce 30 feet in the air.
It is one of the most photographed coves in Hawaii.
Also during the winter months, whale watching is a popular
activity in which whales can be seen migrating / mating
directly in front of the vacation rental.
For the individual travelers and couples
there are private rooms with key in three bedroom
homes. The living rooms, fully equipped kitchen and
bath are shared by all guests in the house.
